Returns and Refunds

1. Returns Process:

   a. If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the item.
   b. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
   c. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

2. Return Fees:
   a. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases where the product is damaged upon receipt.
   b. If the product is damaged upon receipt by the customer, we will bear the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process:
   a. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   b. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges:
   a. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
