1. How to place an order?

Step 1- browse the website and click on the product you like and want to order

Step 2- select the items and press ‘add to cart’

Step 3- you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout

Step 4- register with Bysak by clicking on the sign up/ sign in button

Step 5- fill out your personal information like full name, detailed address, mobile no and email for delivery purpose

Step 6- review your order and proceed for payment

Step 7- chose the most suitable payment method 

Step 8- confirm all details and place order

2. Can the shipping and billing address be different?

Yes, You can fill in your billing address and, for the shipping address instead of clicking on the option that says the same as the billing address, you can fill in your shipping address separately.

3. Can I order a product that is out of stock?

Unfortunately the products listed as ‘Out of stock’ are not available with Bysak at the moment, However we will notify you as soon as the product is back in stock. Simply Click on the Notify Me Option on the Product Page and enter your email address, you will be the first to know when it is back in stock.

4. How can I recover/ change my password?

While signing in you can click on the forgotten password link below the sign up button.You will immediately be redirected to a new page where you can key in your email address. Soon after, you will receive an email with a link to recover/change your password.

5. How do I track my order?

You can track all your orders from the 'My Order' option in the profile menu and can also see the status of a specific order. Once the order is shipped, you can see a "Track" button which will give you exact details of your order.

If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please do not worry, refresh the page check again after a few minutes.

6. What are the benefits for signing up with bysak?

Being a loyal member of Bysak will make your shopping experience memorable, fun and easy. You’ll be the first to be notified of all the exciting offers, sales, goodies that we have to offer and also get a chance to use your reward points in the best possible way. So let's #feelgood together by becoming a member and telling your loved ones too about it, cause when they join, you earn plenty of points!

7. Can I leave products in cart to purchase later?

Ofcourse, you can leave items in your shopping cart, however the price and availability of these products might change and there is a possibility that the product may get sold out or the offer on the product may expire from the time you added it to your shopping bag. 

8. Do I need to sign up with bysak to place an order?

While you can always browse and shop on BYSAK as a guest customer, on signing up you do get some added benefits which you would not want to miss out on.

9. Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed? 

Unfortunately, once an order is placed and confirmed, we can't make any changes to it. If you wish to add more items, you can always place another order and we will be more than happy to deliver you the orders together.

10. Where can I find my order confirmation?

You can track all your orders from the 'My Order' section in the profile menu. You can see the status of all your past orders. Once the order is placed you will see a confirmation page with the order number, we will also send you an email and SMS to confirm the order.

11. Can I cancel my order? 

If the order that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order directly through your "My order" section. Unfortunately you cannot cancel the order which has been shipped.

12. Are there any cancellation charges?

There are no separate cancellation charges imposed by Bysak.However, the reward points that you have used while placing the order will not be refunded.

13. How do I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase our gift cards from the gifting and hampers section on the homepage of the website. You can choose any amount of gift card from the given options.

14. If I purchased an item from amazon or nykaa and want to return it, from where do I do that?

If you have purchased a bysak item from a third party vendor, you will have to request for a return from that website itself.

15. What do I do if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

We are sorry to hear that, you can always get in touch with us at admin@bysak.com and share your invoice number and an image of the items you received, we will immediately work on sending the right products to you.
